Shipping and payment terms

We strive to make your order quickly as possible.
Please allow 2-3 days for processing and 5-7 days for shipping. Within Europe delivery times can be occur up to two weeks and outside Europe up to four weeks. Please check carefully that your shipping information is correct, so that delays due to incomplete or incorrect information can be avoided.

Fees and taxes that may be levied on the import into countries outside Germany fall within the responsibility of the buyer.

Conclusion of contract

The contract comes off only with the shipment of the goods you have ordered. With your order, enter you a binding offer to us, to close the contract with you. You make the order when you enter all information during the ordering process and send it to us. By sending the goods to you, we accept the offer (your order) at the conclusion of the contract. For orders in our online shop, the agreement comes off with:

Cancellation and return

The sale comes off on a private level, I am not a business seller. Therefore a right of return is not in principle. If the product has been damaged during the delivery, please contact me within 7 days. If a return is agreed, the buyer bears the risk and return costs. Conditional sale

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the order.

Warranty

Colour variations between the images on the Internet and the goods are no faults.

Final clause

German law applies.
